After lots of failed viewings and feeling like I would never find a new place to live , I found a property with Martin and co where I was met with Jodie who was really friendly and proceeded to show me around the property, after a few concerns over my current situation Jodie put my mind at ease and answered all of the questions I had regarding my concerns, I promptly received my application and communication from Jodie and Carol has been second to none. I want to thank the staff at Martin and Co, Keighley for the help and assistance they have provided during the past difficult 6 months. As landlord of a property in the area, I found myself in an awkward position after my tenant became unexpectedly ill and had to spend a considerable amount of time in hospital. The staff acted on my behalf in precisely the way I had wished and instructed. Angela Nicholson, who helps manage my property, was on hand throughout to keep me abreast of the situation. Always just a phone call away. Our concern for the tenant's health was always paramount, and liaising with the next of kin in these difficult circumstances was sympathetically handled throughout. I never felt I was going to be put in the difficult position of having to deal with this tricky situation alone. When it became apparent that the tenant, unfortunately, would not be able to return to the property, I gave the go ahead for Martin and Co to remarket the property. I was delighted by the numbers of interested, prospective tenants. The communication, from staff at the office, through email text messages and phone calls was very uplifting. I was left in no doubt that interest in the property was strong. I am delighted to say that the property is now tenanted, in what turned out to be a very speedy process. Hannah was amazing at getting everything sorted for us when we moved in so quickly and helping us along a new journey and experience.
