In my experience the staff at Martin & Co are helpful, efficient, friendly and have a good sense of humour too. Our main point of contact there - Ed Hankins - has helped us deal with all sorts of things while letting out our flat, and while writing this I realise I really trust him to do a good job. Highly recommended.
