We got great initial advice from Carrola about letting requirements, marketing, timescales etc. Things ran smoothly and as outlined to us throughout. A smooth running refurb project was completed. It is a slick well-oiled machine, but the agents know their stuff, they really care and pull their finger out to a) get the best possible sale price and b) help make the next stage of the process through to completion as painless as possible. Angela looked after my sale and was brilliant. I simply don’t know how she manages to do it and stay upbeat and give level headed advice. She went above and beyond and I am hugely grateful. Now, I am biased slightly. I used to be the marketing manager at Preston Baker 4 years ago. This means I have seen all the numbers for property launch and know first hand how much the company cares about getting its clients a higher price. Well it works, we accepted our first offer which was £12k over our asking price - a month or so later the buyer pulled out which meant our in second launch we got a lower offer.
