They provide an excellent package of sales media and viewing arrangements which are very successful and indeed for us achieved an over-ask offer. Communication was excellent which was vital for us as were not living locally during the sale. I cannot recommend them enough. Professional but personal.

Preston Baker have been amazing in dealing with the sale of my house in Wheldrake. It is a slick well-oiled machine, but the agents know their stuff, they really care and pull their finger out to a) get the best possible sale price and b) help make the next stage of the process through to completion as painless as possible. Angela looked after my sale and was brilliant. I simply don’t know how she manages to do it and stay upbeat and give level headed advice. She went above and beyond and I am hugely grateful.
