Karen Preece handled my recent purchase of a property for Preston Baker Estate Agents and I was very satisfied with her help throughout the process. She was enthusiastic to help and very approachable. She kept me updated on a regular basis, which was a boon given how busy I was at work. She made things happen, especially given the hiccups in the process later on (not her fault at all, mostly due to my dithering). I found my move with Preston Baker was made easier because of Karen's attention to detail. Although the process did take slightly longer than I had anticipated, I always knew exactly where I was in the process because the communication from Karen and her team was so good.
