During our tenancy with Martin and Co York we were always easily able to get into contact with their team if any issues arose and they were always very prompt on their replies to any queries we raised. The team were helpful throughout the tenacy and we would recommend them as a lettings agency from all the positive experiences we had. They supported us throughout from the initial setup through to the end of the tenacy with all the information we could need.

Just leagues above any other agency I've ever dealt with. The only ones that are human, respectful, and hold their word. Highly recommend them ! In comparison, another agency I used to be with just further down in the same street ripped me off with illegal agency fees, didn't provide a clean house to move in though they contractually agreed to it, and then didn't help when the council came after me for charges that were due by other tenants months after I left when all it would take was 1 email to the council. Anyway, these guys here are the best, go there eyes closed, they care and do it well.

Fantastic, efficient and friendly service! I thought it would be a nightmare moving my mum up from London after my dads passing but it has been the easiest experience ever, Beth and Jo are fantastic and so helpful.
