A Wonderful Experience Finding Our New Home!
I recently returned to York after a long time away and was looking for a home to stay in for a year. Thanks to the York branch of Martin & Co. and their team, I’m very happy to have found a place that feels both safe and enjoyable. Although I was already familiar with the city, as a foreigner who needed to secure housing quickly I did feel some pressure at first. But with their help, I was able to find a home without any major difficulties, and I believe the remaining steps towards finalising the contract will also go smoothly. Special thanks to Harry, who guided me through the viewing, and to Jo, who handled communications and scheduling. Both were consistently detailed, kind and supportive throughout the process. I’m truly grateful to the whole team!

Excellent services from Angela & her team
Excellent service as always from M&Co York. We have rented from Angela and her team for nearly 3 years, and recently ended our contract to move to another property which is unfortunately not managed by them. Any issues - sorted quickly. Any communications - all prompt and professional Any complaints - managed effectively Easily the best letting agent we have used.

Outstanding!
Cannot recommend this estate agents enough and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for a future house sale. Gave us a great valuation and sold very quickly. Communication was brilliant throughout and went above and beyond when we came into difficulties in the final few days before the move. Thoroughly impressed with the whole team.
