I have just had the absolute pleasure of selling our home with Ewemove in Basingstoke. We were very apprehensive about having to go through the process of selling and had heard some horror stories about both selling and dealing with agents. From the first meeting with Mark, he was completely open and honest and we never felt under obligation. Advice was always offered and guidance given but we were never pressured into anything - something we definitely experienced from other agents. Smooth and easy. We thought about going through an online agent - they're cheap, etc - but you do get what you pay for and the reviews were very discouraging. I invited three estate agents to price up the house and I chose Mark at Ewemove for his knowledge and honesty. Our house went on the market on the Friday, first viewing on the Wednesday and sold to them on the following Friday - all done within a week! The marketing and photos were superb, we were able to comment and adjust to our satisfaction. The communication has been excellent, at no point did we feel out of touch and our questions were always answered quickly. We have been lucky as it's been a very small chain but even so Mark had to communicate with the other estate agent we were buying through and talk with both sets of solicitors. Selling a house isn't a straightforward business and if you're not someone who does it regularly then Ewemove makes the process smooth and trouble free. I cannot praise them highly enough for the professional service and support we have had from beginning to end.

Rob took ownership of selling our house right from the beginning, advising us room by room on how to present the house to its’ best advantage for the open day, for which a good level of viewings was generated. We had a number of offers within a few weeks and Rob secured an excellent and fair price for the market conditions, with which we were delighted. The standard of property details was superb, complemented by Sophie’s excellent professional photographs. We felt well informed and well supported throughout the whole process, which included Rob keeping a longer-than-average, and at times distinctly wobbly chain intact, through to exchange and completion.
