From the first time meeting her, to the second, to the many emails and confirming our offer and being excited with us for the next steps. We have felt supported and like our hand has been held which for first time buyers I think has been so important. Chloe has been very responsive, speedy and all hours of the day, I am sometimes shocked by how quickly she answers our questions. She's been very honest and transparent with us which again - isn't guarenteed, but we've been really lucky.
