Best estate agent we have ever used!

Ben sold our large home on the Shipton Road in York. We have moved many times before and can honestly say that the service and advice was definitely the best we have ever received. We were not able to conduct viewings ourselves, but that was no problem for Ben. If you engage his services you will find that he is always willing to help when many other agents are "closed". He always returned calls in a timely manner and on numerous occasions was able to find answers and offer advice when we came up against the wall of silence so often found when dealing with solicitors! His fees are very competitive too. Overall a five star review for a five star agent. Thoroughly recommended Dave and Denise
