Throughout my time as a landlord with Belvoir the service has been excellent. I was new to the process of being a landlord and I cannot fault the guidance I have received. If there have been any concerns for the tenants I have been notified promptly and Charlotte or Claire have made arrangements for everything to be sorted.

Being a tenant, I found that both Claire and Charlotte have been able to help me throughout my tenancy. I've been notified of any visits required by work people or from Claire or Charlotte. I cannot recommend Claire and Charlotte at Belvoir York too highly. As a landlord I was looking for a service that would take the stress out of letting my property and they have provided this and so much more. They are responsive, proactive and diligent. They are also genuine, friendly, decent people, which is not always a given in our business! As such, I trust them implicitly with my property.
