First impressions count! Really impressed with Colin McKenzie from abbotfox Estate Agents when he valued my house. Some great advice, very knowledgeable & some really good ideas. Not forgetting Charlie Stone, he was so efficient taking photos today, extremely courteous & had a chat with me about what’s important to me when working together to sell my home. I would highly recommend this agency. I dealt with Jessica during the process of renting a flat, and she was incredibly helpful throughout. She was also very responsive, often replying to my emails within minutes. On the day of key collection, I was unfortunately delayed due to traffic. The team kindly stayed after the branch had closed to ensure I could still collect the keys and move in that day, which was greatly appreciated. They even walked to the property with me to show me around, going above and beyond what was expected. Overall, a very positive experience and excellent service.
