Stay away
Customer service is awful. Phone calls are never returned and promises never happen. Rent is never paid on time and when something happens in the property, it is never the tenants fault so you always end up paying out. They will do everything possible to stop your rent when it is empty, even if it has been trashed which mine has been twice since Northwood have had it. My house has been left filthy even though they have apparently paid to have it professionally cleaned. I am now a firm believer that if something appears too good to be true then steer clear.

Northwoods - Shocking!!
If you are a landlord and our experience is anything to go by, you will be bound up in legal e's and they will not pay you on time. When you complain, they will treat you with disdain. They will not return your calls and don't do what they agree to do. On the plus side their sales team are slick when they come out to discuss their service with you and are very adept making all the promises and assurances you would ever want to hear. Of course promises are only promises if they are kept. In our experience they are not.
