I was surprised of a very comprehensive report about the property given by Belvoir before I had occupied. The report included pictures of almost every square of property with appropriate description. Even though Belvoir did not charge any additional fee from me, Their services are in favour of protecting interests of both tenant and Owner. One other side of Coin handing over property took a along time, I guess because of COVID restrictions, Multiple professional checks and comparison from my home country.
