A few glitches on the way but nothing that could be helped by myself or the letting agents but this didn't get in the way of them doing everything they could and I'm now moving into my flat today. TERRIBLE estate agents. Had the unfortunate experience of dealing with the WORTHING branch. They charge extortionate amounts in fees, and then got the name and address wrong on the contract, as well as many other things. refuse to respond to complaints within the recommended time frame. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE, not only from M. Porter lettings manager but also the old lady that works in lettings who cant even spell peoples name correctly. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Staff are consistently rude and patronising when you ask questions that they don’t want to answer. One lady spoke to me like she was my mum and told me if I wasn’t happy to go and complain to the manager, I did so and the manager terminated the phone call. Me and my partner have also had our deposit illegally held for over 6 weeks now, with your move refusing to pay us back our deposit even though the flat is in a better condition than what it was when we moved in. The staff will offer you excuses and pass the blame to each colleague, with you having to constantly chase them up. I will never use again and I will be taking this company to trading standards, watch dog and to court to pursue this further.
