Although I didn't end up using Northwood,, I felt I needed to comment on their customer service. I was pleasantly surprised by the honesty and helpfulness from thecstaff I spoke to. The bedt bit being they didn't give the impression of the "hard sell" which was very much appreciated.

Mike Ablett went to great lengths to ensure that he found the right tenants to suit the uniqueness of my property. It was a very successful let and only ended when I needed to move back into my flat. I had 2.5 years of complete peace of mind knowing that the team at Northwood were taking care of everything and I had to worry about nothing. I became a tenant myself during this time and, again, the Northwood team were excellent. Very approachable, friendly, willing to help and they resolved any issues quickly. I would not hesitate to use Northwood again.
