We recently had an issue with the pipe under the kitchen sink, I sent a mail to Amy of Northwood, almost immediately she contacted water works, they came around & fix the issue in no time. Amy always respond to our call on any maintenance issues. I am recommending Northwood to anyone who needs a decent accommodation. They are responsive & good people.

Basically for the same Nett amount that we would have got, allowing for the usual costs with an Agent plus the other 'costs' that come along with those arrangements, we got a First Class Service, rent paid on time every time with a very happy tenant to boot!!! The service these guys give is awesome. We've been with them for two years and not an ounce of trouble...very professional.
