The previous tenants had lived at the property for four years, and our lettings team were never notified of any neighbour issues. During our management, a plumber attended the property to investigate drainage issues, which were believed to have been resolved. Typically, drainage issues are identified during a survey, so we recommend raising this matter with your surveyor as well.
