Tim was a godsend. He was engaged to look after a private sale from price negotiation to completion and he did an incredible job. He liased with all parties to ease out delays and bumps in the process and get things moving when needed. Tim has many years of experience and existing relationships with the solicitors and his guidance and expertise were essential. A safe pair of hands and fabulous communication. Thank you everyone at Mellor and Beer.
