Having had our house on the market with another agent for approaching 18 months, we added Martin & Co approx 5 weeks ago. They made a point of having their Sales agents also view the house so that they were familiar with the property and could better engage with prospective vendors. Their style and approach was excellent as also was their ability to secure vendors for viewing with the appropriate interest in the property which has led to an agreed sale.
