Ruth & Sarah are absolutely fantastic, from the first viewing to picking the keys up. Couldn’t find a bad word to say. Always on the ball always helpful and very friendly. Certainly took a lot of the stress away from buying a house.

Dealt with Martin & Co for around eight years as a Landlord and recently as a seller. As a management company they dealt with our property most efficiently especially during a problematic period. The current members of the letting department have been polite and most helpful. With respect to the recent sale of our property the sales team have been excellent, very enthusiastic and they located a buyer very quickly enabling continuation of the tenancy.
