The best marketing adverts I have seen, including videos and drone photography. Exceptional sales negation in finalising the deal. Mark and his team done a fantastic job on selling a building plot for me and I will definitely use them again.

The service from start to finish was fantastic! Mark and Julie sold our house before it even hit right move with a crazy amount of viewings and also found us our dream home! Nothing was too much trouble and there wasn’t any day or time that Mark and Julie were not there if we needed to speak to them. Highly recommend! You guys are amazing at what you do!! Thank you so much for everything!

Everything from start to finish,it took a while to sell my partners property but with the determination and fantastic service from Mark and his team we finally got there.I would highly recommend him to anyone.

About me... I'm Mark Buchanan, husband to Julie and dad to our three boys, Jack, Bailey and Morgan. Born and raised in Cumbria, I have spent most of my life living in Workington and have worked across the entire county. I first started working in property in 2012 dealing with lettings in social housing before moving on to residential sales and lettings. Since then, I have valued and sold hundreds of properties across West Cumbria and Carlisle, working for both excellent local independent agents and also the largest estate agency name in the UK, Purplebricks, where I amassed over 100 5* Feefo and Trustpilot reviews from happy customers. Over the past few years I've appeared on numerous episodes of Homes Under The Hammer, covering properties from Beckermet through to Carlisle. When we opened our doors in 2020, we never wanted to be the biggest agent, but to provide the best marketing and the best service to our clients.
