Nicol and Co- Seamless service from offer to completion.
Nicol and Co were a very supportive Estate Agent, from enquiry through to completion. I cannot recommend Nicol and Co highly enough! Paul Spregg, Sales Negotiator, was effective throughout our negotiation process, and managing our expectations. His communications were clear and timely. Paul was a great help in securing our wonderful new home. Thank you Paul! Leanne Fletcher, was our dedicated Sales Progressor. Leanne was pivotal to the process. Leanne acted as our project manager, linking with all parties in the chain. Leanne was assertive in collating information and sharing progress reports. She really drove the process forwards, going above and beyond. Thank you for all of your efforts, Leanne.

Very good service
We recently purchased a flat (through Nicol and Co) and have used them also to let the flat out.. Jo was very helpful in the purchase of the flat and Tom and Rhiannon were very helpful with regarding to letting out the flat. They were friendly, very helpful, dealt with all queries very promptly and very efficient.

perfect sale of property by Nicol & Co Droitwich
Property was on sale for over 12 months with another top agent, We changed to Nicol & Co and sold within 6 months. Leanne Fletcher dealt with the sale and was very professional and courteous. Leanne kept me informed at every stage of the sale and contacted solicitors ( who were very slow ) to keep the process moving along. More than happy with Leanne and Nicol & Co excellent association. Very happy with the ongoing service & commitment from Nicol & Co staff

Nathan and his team have been so responsive, helpful and understanding in our search for a new property, from emailing prior information to the warmth and confidence upon entering their office. The process has been very well explained by knowledgeable and friendly staff, while "customer service" has always been to the fore.
