Our experience so far with Nicol and Co has been amazing. They met us at the property on Easter Monday (and to make it worse we were late!). Heather, our viewing agent, was extremely friendly and patient with us as first time buyers and answered all our questions. i personally really appreciated the approach at the viewing. It was not pushy at all and we were given the time and space to fall in love with our new home! Top marks, would recommend!

Moving is extremely stressful. However, the staff at Nicol and Co worked tirelessly to help us through the process. They kept us updated throughout, gave us support when needed and were an honest sounding board when dealing with tricky circumstances. I was very lucky enough to be asked to take part in the ‘Why Worcester’ campaign, Alice from the Worcester office organised a suitable time for Sujeeth to come over to the salon and do a fabulous marketing video. I’ve never been interviewed on camera before but Sujeeth made me feel so comfortable and created some wonderful done shots and footage of the salon, the video ended up generating over 7,000 views!!
