Have rented through Martin & Co for nearly a decade now. In September a new Property Manager was assigned to my rental and she has been absolutely wonderful. Jude’s communication is fantastic, she’s extremely prompt and proactive and genuinely a pleasure to speak with.

This company manages the flat I rent in central Worcester. One person in particular,Jude, deserves highlighting. They are exceptional and highly efficient, dealing with issues and problems quickly. If something can't be resolved straight away,they keep me informed. I can't say this was my original appraisal of the company,since dealing with them since May this year, however,since Jude appeared in September I am very happy with their service and continued persistence in resolving issues. Their line manager should be careful,they might be head hunted!

A great company! Always happy to accommodate any requests (promptly too) and have fabulous customer service, keeping everyone in the loop at all times. I would give 10 stars if I could and will happily recommend them to anyone.

The process of booking a tour and applying were all very easy and the people at Martin & Co helped a lot making everything simple. They understood things that may interfere and adapted things to better suit my situation. The rent is very reasonable for what you get, especially within the area. The property is excellent, with only 3 issues that were fixed straight away.
