I recently sold my large 5 bedroom detached property near Earles Croome/Besford in Worcestershire through CJ Hole. As a creative designer this property was likely to be a ‘marmite’ property as it was very eclectic in design and not your average style or staged house. I had used it for photo shoots and as a staging tool for interior design concepts. This combined with the location and price point meant that I knew it might take a while to find the right buyer. I met with a number of estate agents to understand what each one offered in terms of fees, marketing material etc. Although the valuations were varied and CJ Hole were at the more accessible price point, I knew what I was willing to sell the house for and what I wasn’t and they went along with my preference. Their fees were competitive and their services and total package seemed for me and the house, to be the best fit. After a few viewings feedback was positive but no firm offers, but only after a short time my representative senior estate agent Gareth Pegg had an offer on the table, following some fairly swift negotiation, a price was agreed. To cut a long story short I moved out of the property approximately 12 weeks later. I have to say that Gareth was absolutely excellent, he seeks to achieve a win win outcome for all parties involved, is communicative and stays on top of the sale, so that you always feel prioritised no matter how many properties he may be dealing with. Having health issues Gareth was extremely sensitive and took great care to manage the level of stress placed on me at all times. In short he was fantastic. Estate agents get given a poor reputation but someone with so much integrity and duty of care to his clients negates any such preconceived notions I may have had. As well as Gareth there are indeed other members of the team including Cassia and Chris with whom I had direct contact. They were as equally on the ball, helpful and always followed through, they were also very conscious not to stress me out and to support me through a difficult and challenging time. So their support combined with Gareth meant an amazing team to work with. I cannot recommend CJ Hole Worcester enough. Thankyou to Gareth and the team for an outstanding job and for selling my house at a price that was acceptable to all parties, to a family I knew would fit in with the neighbours and take care of what had been a wonderful home/sanctuary not just a house, I knew they would love and cherish it as I had done.
