We have been dealing with CJ Hole for over 4 years, as we first rented out our house, and then sold it very recently. Throughout the rental time, Emma has been our go to person. In spite of the fact we live abroad, Emma has always been very responsive to emails, even with the 5 hour time difference. Emma helped us through a challenging time in the pandemic, and has been at our side throughout. When it came to the sale, we met Cassia back in November 2021, and she has been nothing but professional. Although we have never met in person given we are in Canada, her emails and calls have always been really warm and friendly, and I found her super easy to deal with.
