Both sold and purchased a house with Parkers recently. They were very responsive to my initial queries getting my house on the market, and during the chain helped me keep on top of the solicitors and kept things ticking along.

From the initial meeting and subsequent valuation of my property I was really impressed with the service offered by Parkers. Alun took time to understand my situation and worked with me and my family with regards to setting up viewings at convenient times and helping with our search for a smaller property.

Truly dissapointed with the service, my property well over priced, on three occasions I reported failure by the Agent to secure premises after a viewing , found muddy footprints from garden after viewing and also found the toilet used and not flushed, that's my experience.

A clinical sales pitch, but not much substance there after.

These don't even know what is on their books ...or the difference between Colemansmoor Road and Colemansmoor Lane ...Two members of staff got it wrong !! I would not use them to sell my house..

Do not go anywhere near this estate agent. The manager is a liar, the comms are awful and delayed responses. My potential buyer notified Parkers days before memorandums of sale were issued that they were pulling out, yet they were issued anyway. I was notified that unfortunately my buyer was no longer interested in my property 2 hours after I had my offer accepted on a property. I had to go and ask my buyer myself what was going on as I wasn't getting clear answers from the manager. This is when I found out when they had withdrawn. Was also strung along with another property that we were interested in buying as it was implied that we were in with a very good chance of winning. This was again a lie, I suspect just to get us on board as a client to sell through. Leave well alone, I beg you!NegativeQuality, Professionalism
