The whole team at Parkers in Woodley have been brilliant getting my sale and purchase completed recently. After a disappointing experience with another agent first, I found communications were always good with Jasper, Ross and Alex, despite the very busy times leading up to the first cut off for stamp duty holiday. A special mention though to Paula Thomson who is an absolute star and deserves a bonus! We had a bad experience with Davis Tate where our concerns regarding a buyer weren't listened to and in the end, unfortunately, those concerns were justified & received an EA apology. We then moved on to Parkers and despite a few selling issues that our buyers had - all has been good. Most importantly, Parkers have kept us informed every step of the way! We have recently sold our house through this agent and the whole team were very professional . From the initial valuation, to photographs, the virtual viewer and the covid safe viewings everything was handled very well. Everyone we met from the agency were courteous and knowledgeable.
