We have had such a great experience purchasing our first home with Lee. His communication is second to none, he was able to answer any questions we had, he was happy to liaise with solicitors and the sellers on our behalf and was always happy to come back to us quickly. We were not pressured to use his recommendations however we did go for a solicitor he recommended to us and our sale was completed within 3/4 weeks from offer! The process has been absolutely seamless and we have been so impressed with the service provided by Lee (we would actually rate higher than 5* if we could!)

We had a fantastic experience selling our home with Lee Russel from Davis Tate Woodley. From start to finish, Lee was brilliant—always on top of communication and incredibly supportive throughout what turned out to be a not-so-straightforward process. Although our sale moved quickly, there were a few bumps along the way, and Lee was instrumental in helping us make the right decisions. He helped us steer clear of a few questionable buyers while always being respectful, honest, and transparent with us. Where Lee really shone was after our offer was accepted. We had a very tight deadline to complete before the stamp duty holiday ended, and to be honest, most people didn’t think we’d make it. It was a short chain—just us selling and buying—and no onward chain on either end. But thanks to Lee, we pulled it off! He went above and beyond, chasing solicitors, coordinating everyone involved, and even contacting the Land Registry himself to move things along on our purchase (which wasn't even part of his job). His persistence and professionalism were the reason we managed to complete on time. It’s a real shame we’ve moved out of the area because if we ever move again, Lee would absolutely be our first choice. Highly recommend!

Lee at Davis Tate was a specific recommendation to us and I can say the service he provided exceeded expectations when we recently sold our Mother’s house. Easy and clear communication, a ‘get things moving’ and ‘keep things simple’ attitude. I will also say he handled a sensitive situation with care, patience and attention which we really appreciated. Lee also gave us excellent recommendations for conveyancing and clearance. Highly recommended.

Probate sale handled by Lee Russell during summer 2024 into Feb 2025. He was recommended by friends who had recently sold through him. Absolutely first class service from start to finish. Clear, well evidenced valuation and we sold at asking price. Once underway all comms via WhatsApp which was easy and hassle free. Not a straightforward sale, with a couple of odd wannabe buyers that might have wasted our time a lot more than they did had Lee not recognised the signs and advised us accordingly. He worked his socks off and managed the chain like a Rottweiler to a timely completion date. Can recommend him without hesitation and at 61 I’ve moved a few times and had both good and very average service in the past. Best agent by far. Make your life easy and also use Alexa McQueen solicitors in Henley for your conveyancing. Together they were a top double act.
