Lee Russell provided a consistent, professional service in helping us to sell our property under difficult market conditions. He was always responsive and available to talk, including evenings/weekends, giving us prompt updates when requested. Once we found a buyer, Lee was very much 'on the case' expediting all parties for a timely exchange and completion. He was always courteous and whilst giving advice, he wasn't pushy and left decisions to us. We highly recommend him.

I recently had Lee as an agent in our chain and found him to be hugely helpful, knowledgable and he kept our whole chain running. Post sale we were pretty much forgotten about by Purplebricks, so without Lee's help I doubt our chain would have closed at all. Incidentally, I am seeing many more SOLD signs from Davis Tate in our area than 'FOR SALE' signs from the online agents.

We cannot recommend this agent highly enough. We were originally (regrettably) persuaded to list with another local agent whose game was to give a high, unrealistic, valuation to 'hook' you into signing with them, leaving the house to sit without hardly any viewings for some weeks before admitting that the original valuation was perhaps too high, with the only option then to slash the price. With Lee it was a completely different approach right from the start. He was 100% honest and transparent about everything and from the very first days, he'd lined up a number of viewings and called us straightaway afterwards to give us an honest appraisal of how he felt the viewings went. Not only this, but any emails we sent were responded to promptly and professionally-worlds away from the lack of communication we experienced with the other agents. Throughout the entire process from receiving an offer on our property right through to completion we felt up-to-date with any developments. Once we had received an offer, Lee didn't leave it to the solicitors, he was again there every step of the way, keeping us informed of everything. It was an absolute pleasure to have Lee as our agent and we would thoroughly recommend him without a moment's hesitation. We could not imagine a more professional, communicative and honest agent to work with.

I honestly don’t know where to start with this review as it is hard to articulate my gratitude to Lee for all his efforts, or to adequately do justice in describing the 5*/A* service he provides. In the past, I have been accused of being naive, because I always think the best of people and am then often let down/left disappointed later on. This was not the case with Lee; he restored my faith in the Service Industry and is living proof that there are still people in existence for whom the client and their needs come first, work does not finish at 5PM and that if there is a problem that needs to be resolved, immediately solve it yourself if you can, even if it isn’t your responsibility. It is often said that moving house is the most stressful event that you will experience. The process is made stressful more often than not, due to the lack of focus, absence of any kind urgency and general sloth of the other parties involved up and down the chain....... I am so pleased that we chose to instruct Lee to sell our property in Woodley. Our choice to use Lee was based partly on a personal recommendation but the fact that after having a chat with him it was abundantly clear that this chap clearly knows the local property market. He also knows the appropriate 'buttons' to push in order to keep the sales process moving along smoothly. Selling our property (which Lee did in five days and we achieved the full asking price) was the easy part. Getting the rest of the chain organised into a ship shape fashion was another matter however...... If it wasn't for Lees professionalism, determine and attention to detail it may never have happened at all. He was continuously communicating with the other agents involved and kept me updated at all points.
