Hi Dalia, you haven't told all the story here. You sent in an email enquiry which contained very limited information. For example you didn't even bother putting your surname. I then sent you very helpful information regarding the property, along with around 6 questions so we could qualify you. You called us and said "do I have to complete those questions?". You said you had a baby as if that excused you. I explained we had received a huge response and needed the information to make sure we were getting our client the right viewers. Surely it isn't unreasonable for an agent to understand a prospective viewers buying position, budget, etc? Had you read our advert you would have seen we request certain information to be provided on the initial enquiry and had you provided it, you would have received an even smaller number of questions to answer. However what I find particularly fascinating is you have taken the time to leave me two negative reviews, here, as well as on another website, despite using your baby being an excuse to render you unable to answer a few questions when buying a house for several hundred thousand pounds!! Thanks for the review. Having eventually worked out who you are, I contacted you to ask what I had done wrong to receive a one star review. You replied to explain I had laughed at an offer you made. From memory the house in question was getting a great response, was marked up that we were not taking offers and was in fantastic condition, all which would have been explained before making a viewing. Despite this you offered £50,000 less than the asking price. I don't recall laughing, apologies if I did. The house sold/completed at the full asking price.
