Lee at Davis Tate was a specific recommendation to us and I can say the service he provided exceeded expectations when we recently sold our Mother’s house. Easy and clear communication, a ‘get things moving’ and ‘keep things simple’ attitude. I will also say he handled a sensitive situation with care, patience and attention which we really appreciated.
