Ultimately you have found me a buyer within my contract, which would have ended today as it was 12 weeks ago since the property went live. For that I am very grateful. However, some mistakes were made along the way - not following up telephone enquiries (one being on the day it went 'live'), making viewing appointments and cancelling two minutes later and generally not keeping in touch with me. I'm aware that mine is not one of your prestige properties, but I had hoped for a more personal service. I didn't hear a word from you for nearly five weeks. Jo Briggs was very helpful when she came to visit, but apart from answering an email I sent, I haven't heard anything else from her. I lost the property which would have been ideal for me just two weeks before I sold last week, which has taken the thrill of moving on off for me somewhat.
