In my personal experience house sales are always stressful and frustrating even more so when your not local. So I can’t help but be impressed with Ryan Tucker at Prospect Estate agents Winnersh. As always there were issues and bumps in the sale/ purchase process however Ryan managed to stay positive and always supplied a timely update on the sale. Worked with Mark and Fay @reedsrains Yardley for the sale of my deceased fathers flat. All the staff were fantastic and couldn't do enough to help in what was a trying time and a tricky market to navigate. All viewings were dealt with personally and professionally with advice on the best way to present the property through to assistance in clearing once sold.
