I was so pleased to have chosen Marin and Co to sell my property. I had consulted four after looking at a lot of websites. Of those, I already like Martin and Co’s. All the Agents I spoke to were clearly knowledgeable about the local market and selling prices of similar properties, but Erica particularly drew out factors to distinguish one from another in arriving at her market valuation. I was also impressed by the informative buyers pack that is provided to viewers. I thought their photos and particularly their 360 degree images presented my property to best effect and hoped they would be helpful to potential buyers. Their team of sales negotiators were superb, very professional in all respects - their meeting and greeting of buyer and, their careful noting of key particulars to ensure the most accurate and comprehensive information was provided.Their communications were exemplary, always quick to respond and ensuring all interested parties were kept informed of developments at all times.
