From start to finish the team at Martin & Co have been great. They treat all of their clients, landlords and tenants, well. The staff are always helpful. During my three year tenancy I cannot fault the way we, as tenants, were dealt with. Thanks Guys - much appreciated.

Great customer service from all members of the team. This is an estate agent company that really care about the needs of their customers. All staff are very personable, professional and efficient and have a sense of humour. Dealing with property matters can be very stressful for the customer, but Martin and Co endevour to get you through the process with as little stress as possible and with all the information and guidance that you need to complete your property dealings. I would definitely recommend them whether you are interested in sales or lettings, if you want great quality service from genuine estate agents that put your needs first.

WARNING to all contractors, they do not pay their bills, hundreds of pound stolen from me. I’ve now stopped working for them. it started off fine and a very good working relationship, but I found unpaid invoices that just escalated you have been warned.

I recently had a viewing at a flat in Camberley, I had previously looked at the pictures on their website and the flat looked very smart, clean and well presented. I was told just before visiting it needed some minor repairs and a good clean. On arrival I was shown in by a polite member of staff, as we walked into the property I was hit by a very poor smell of damp, mold and frankly unclean. As soon as I walked in the front door walls were covered with mold, the bathroom was very damp with black patches around the walls and a strong smell of mold. Moving into the lounge I pointed out the whole ceiling covered with mold spots and again a strong smell of damp. I then told the estate agent I really didn't want to go further, the flat was filthy, mouldy and frankly nothing like the photo's advertised, the estate agent actually admitted the pictures were " years old" . I'm disgusted that I was taken there in the first place and mislead from the start, I found it insulting and a complete waste of time.

Terrible customer service. Stay away from Marin & Co. When we moved in we were lied to, they told us the boiler was gas to get a sale. We wouldn’t have moved in if we had known. We had nothing but troubles, the electric boiler was intermittent, we didn’t have hot water for a month! Yet all Martin and Co said was I’ll get back to you (which they never did). The people in the flat above played music loudly every night and day and smoked weed. I tied to get this situation resolved through Martin & Co but guess what The problem didn’t go away. They are now trying to pass the existing problems onto us. Good thing we took pictures when we moved in and when we left. Apparently when anything goes wrong like electrics we have to pay for it. And they will always say We have done all that we could, no matter how little they actually do. We have been bullied and treated unfairly during our whole stay.

Service is bad. Avoid at all costs. You could very well go to established letting agents and receive better service for the same costs. Business has gone down hill for over a year now.
