I used Martin & Co (Carmine De Feo particularly) for a recent house move and have nothing but praise for him and the company. He was quick to facilitate a COVID-19 restriction compliant viewing so I could see the property in person. He was incredibly knowledgable about the property and all of the specifications, and answered my questions almost immediately if I had any. Based on the service provided and the quality of the apartment I was quick to pay the holding deposit and undergo referencing which was incredibly quick and painless and I was handed over to the managing agent soon after. All in all, I would whole-heartedly recommend Martin&Co to anyone wishing to relocate in the Woking area, great service!
