I viewed 2 properties with Gatekeeper and decided to rent 1. The properties were well presented and Louise who showed me around was very informed. The application process was really simple and Im moving in about a week which is great as start my new job mid Sept. Thanks Guys.

I am renting through Gatekeeper and have found their service to be excellent. They have supported me when I had to change tenants when my flat mate moved out, but it was very easy and simple to action.

House Move

Rented my second property through Gatekeeper in Witney. I had a flat that me and my partner moved in to and now our daughter is a bit older we have taken on a house. Moving out of one property and in to the other was pretty smooth and the team really helped with utility switches

Landlord Appraisal

As a Landlord of many years I have to say I have seen most things that agents claim to offer. Gatekeeper has stood firm against it commitments to me and also my tenants. My property gets looked after, I get regular updates without being 'hounded' by less relevant information. Things tick over very well. Cant ask for more as a Landlord Really

Releasing Investments

Phil & Naomi sorted out my property Sale for me in the Aylesbury Branch. The central team also supported my transaction and the handover was seamless. I am selling off a few Buy-To-Let properties over the next few years and will certainly utilise their support again.

Selling a Property

The service and advice I have received has been excellent from start to finish. Mat was always available to answer my questions even at weekends.
