I asked Alan at Martins to look after my rental property after I had had a few difficulties with one of my tenants. Alan vetted my new tenant and subsequently found another when she left. Both looked after the property well but the regular updates after inspections give me confidence that all is well. Martins sort out the Gas Safe Certificate and more recently overveiwed a new boiler installation. They have a number of contractors who will undertake little repairs for you which is reasureing as I live 100 miles from the property. Most important the rent is in my account as soon as it has been paid.
