The professional touch.
I'd enquired at several estate agents regarding the costs etc in selling my house. Leslie took my call. From the start, I felt comfortable with how I was treated. Leslie is both professional and down to earth, so ensured that I wouldn't expect the unachievable... I was kept up to date with proceedings and any contact with potential buyers. I was really happy with the advertising of my property and their diligence regarding the safety of the keys and viewing with prospective buyers. For the majority of the sale, I was looked after by Leslie, but I found all of the agents I spoke to just as accommodating and friendly. The cherry on the cake is the fixed cost for their services, unlike the percentages used by the other estate agents. I am very happy to recommend Martin & Co as the first phone call to make for anyone wishing to sell or buy their homes.

Fantastic agent
Lesley from Martin and co has been exceptional as our agent and point of contact. Through a difficult house sale she has been there from start to finish. Chasing up queries and just being the friendly calm professional person on the end of the phone throughout. She’s gone well beyond anything expected and I have no hesitation in recommending her and Martin and co.
