​Very disappointing experience with EweMove Blackheath. ​I chose their most expensive package and even paid extra for photos, but the pictures were poor and the listing went live with missing information. Despite charging a hefty 15% of the monthly rent, they only arranged a few viewings over two months and failed to find a tenant. ​To make matters worse, they broke my balcony door during a viewing. While they initially agreed to pay for the damage, they first stalled by telling me I’d have to wait two weeks until they returned from holiday. Now, they are outright refusing to pay for the damage they caused. ​I listed the flat myself on OpenRent and found a great tenant in just 3 days. EweMove provided an incredibly expensive service with very poor results, capped off by a complete lack of integrity regarding the property damage. I strongly recommend avoiding them.
