We were very pleased with the service that we got from Ella. Our initial meeting with Mark was most insightful, and we enjoyed hearing his philosophy on marketing a property. The commission that was proposed was very reasonable, and less than local competitors. Professional photography was included in the fee, and was of an excellent standard, and there were no other extra charges as the EPC was also included. Mark and Tina guided us through the whole journey, remained calm when there was the occasional understandable bump, and responded quickly to our questions. Ella always acted professionally and we have no hesitation in recommending them.
