I've only recently moved into the air but found a whole time at LMS Property Management to be exceedingly professional courteous informative helpful and friendly. Absolutely everybody that I spoke to in the office were welcoming and put me at ease with the whole process

brilliant service
24th december worst time to have a water leak!!!! phoned maintenance number came out within 10 minutes of me ringing 5 star service cannot fault the company many would fob you off but 15 minutes from my phone call fault diagnosed heart palputations stopped from the worry of what the issue could be highly recommended christmas can arrive with no stress

I'd recommend LMS Property for their OUTSTANDING service.
Over the last three years I have used Alan's services at LMS Properties regarding my accomadation. From time to time I have needed his/their help and has been provided promptly and professionally. When I needed them they were there. I would recommend their serviced based on my experiences and I continue living in the rented property serviced by them. Great service from professional people.

Would I rent with these guys again? YES YES YES.
I came across a review site for my letting agent and thought I would write my own comments based on my experiences with this company. Having rented with this letting agent for over 7 years I have found their services when needed exceptional. From time to time it has been necessary for me to contact them on varying matters and I have been treated as an individual; to me it felt like I was treated as a priority, for which I am grateful. I would recommend their services to everybody. I am still at the rented property and should I wish to move, I would definitely use their services again. Keep up the good work guys and gals. A++++

Execellent letting agency would highly recommend z
I would highly recommend LMS to anyone if they asked me in our second home and the service we have had off the staff has been amazing any, any problems we have had we have just rang LMS and the problem has been sorted within 24 hours. All the staff are really friendly and all willing to help. Great letting agency and staff

Short term let during house purchase
I went to this letting agency in Winsford because I needed a house for myself and my family after I had sold my house and was awaiting for my new house to be purchased. Alan and Nigel were very helpful and they showed me a property that was perfect for the family and was on a short term rent that was perfect for us. Everything was explained and they were very professional during the whole process. I have just vacated my rented property and this has gone smoothly causing me no concerns at all. Well done lads.
