All staff were helpful and professional throughout and in particular we should mention Matthew Craft and Anthony Prokopiou who both worked so hard to help us achieve our sale and purchase. I was put in to a very difficult position due to current circumstances and decided reluctantly to rent my property. I contacted Laura Woodward at Frost Estate Agents, Staines. Laura and the team have been a delight and have been extremely helpful with the process and I genuinely felt looked after. Laura in particular has been a massive support throughout the process. The service received has been amazing as you can imagine I had many doubts but I was always helped to be able to come to the best conclusion to help me progress with the matter. We went into the Chesham branch of The Frost Partnership and were so glad that we did. We met a very very helpful lady called Lorraine who kindly told us so much information about Chesham as we were relocating from miles away. We went to see one of the properties on their books and fell in love with it. We were shown around by Alex who made us feel so at home and was a true pleasure to meet We loved the property and later called to offer on it. The following few days we dealt with Jacqui the branch manager and we can honestly say she truly was a huge help. She got back to us at every stage so quickly and our experience with The Frost partnership at Chesham was truly exceptional

We moved into a property in Windsor and were dealt with by Cheryl and Karen from the Windsor Team. Cheryl has been wonderful and shown us the property throughout its renovation, and both have been in touch with us throughout the ongoing process. The move went smoothly. We encountered a fair few problems on our first few days in the property. But I cannot fault how quickly both Cheryl and Karen had it dealt with (under 24hrs) From leaky ceilings, to hob replacement, temperamental toilets and bleeping fire alarms. All jobs were carried out quickly, efficiently and professionally. I would recommend them both and the team here in Windsor.

Without a doubt Karen and Jo from the lettings team in Windsor have been fabulous finding us two beautiful apartments. They are always so professional and constantly keeping us up to date with progress of both properties. They also both have a friendly down to earth persona which makes me feel comfortable working with them.
