Outstanding Service

We used Frost to help find a rental for myself and my daughter. They were super efficient and found me a fantastic property on just a second viewing. Both Karen & Jo were amazing. Their customer service outstanding making my move fast and so easy. Frosts turned up on time, new the market and found a tenant speedily, communication was either by phone and timely.. Small error on first invoice but nothing that can't be fixed.

I let my flat through Frost in Staines. Rob Kimber was fantastic, he kept me informed every step of the way. Everything went smoothly for me because Rob dealt with any minor issues promptly and always seemed one step ahead. When he transfered to the Feltham branch he continued to monitor things until the tenant moved in, great service! I have also been very happy with the new lettings team at Staines and would happily use them for future lets.
