I contacted the lettings department from Martin & Co in Winchester as I was looking to move to Winchester. I was then contacted by Molly who assessed my requirements and put a shortlist of suitable properties for me to view. This was all done at very short notice and I was able to conduct the viewings soon after. The locations of the viewings were geographically coordinated and I was able to view one after the other all in a morning. Molly had a good knowledge of the properties I viewed and of the local area, and was able to answer any queries I had immediately. Ater the viewings, I was able to secure the property of my choice immediately, Molly checked with the office that it was still available, and it was then reserved for me. I now have a move-in date and am just waiting to move in. A huge thanks to Molly for all your help!
