It's been a real pleasure working with the team at Martin & Co Winchester. Right from the beginning when I first approached them and explained to them what I was looking for, they were very helpful, understanding and always professional. In particular Emily and Karl were ever so attentive and patient with me. I am looking forward to a great working relationship with them going forward.

Had a few issues with Martin & Co right off the bat which had me unsatisfied with their customer service. However, this turned out to be due mostly to an individual member of staff that no longer works for the company. Julian has since been in contact with me to remedy any grievances I had with the company. He clearly cares about his clientele and maintained accountability while offering explanations as to how some misunderstandings came about. Ultimately very happy with the quality of service offered.

As an international student, this is my first time living in a country with a language barrier. I am full of anxiety and helplessness. When I was looking for a house at the beginning, I even encountered a scam from a Chinese agent. Later, I was fortunate to meet Martin & Co. They did not take a negative attitude because I was a foreigner. Instead, they were more careful and considerate in helping me, and even helped me find a higher-than-expected house. Surprisingly, when my classmates learned that I cooperated with Martin & Co, they all praised their service professionally and reliably, which made me trust them even more and removed the shadow of scams I encountered before. Thanks to Steve & Jenna for their kindness and sincerity, because of them, I can find a comfortable and beautiful home in a foreign land.

Great service. Staff were attentive to my requirements, polite and found suitable property for viewing. Scheduled viewing was at agreed time and I was given time to view property at leisure without being rushed. Property offered was in good condition as per description and photographs shown. I found Piers (Negotiator), Emily (Senior Administrator) and Georgie (Applications Administrator) at Martin & Co to be very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. From putting my case forward to secure the flat I wanted, to driving through my application so I could move in early saving me money that I would have had to spend on short term accommodation. Steve at Martin & Co has been extremely helpful since moving into my shared property last year. I had issues with not having a desk in my room, being a student this is a must; he ensured when I came back after going home for Christmas, this was arranged for me. He is very reliable and cares about customers and tenants. If I or my house mates have had any issues, he has supported me us and solved whatever has been wrong. Alex had been an excellent staff looking after us in trying to secure a property I liked. She was proactive and very responsive and ensured we were kept in the loop throughout the process. Sometimes she works till late while updating us late nights via email. She’s (Alex) worked around my awkward time schedule and accommodated to all my needs. Martin and Co have been great in helping to sort our student housing for next year! Piers was extremely helpful and has made the process easy to understand and helped everything run smoothly. This made the whole thing a lot less nerve racking and we can now relax knowing we have a great house sorted thanks to him. Would definitely recommend to others, especially those like us who would benefit from someone like Piers guiding them through the rental process for the first time !
