Piers at martin and co was very accomodating when showinh houses to our group, and drew comparisons between properties to aid our decision. Once we had decided on a property, Emily gave us a clear checklist for what was required of us and answered any questions we had. Considering we were choosing a student property for quite late in the year they made great effort to undertake the process in a timely manner Furthermore for my next year's property i was attended by alex, who arrived on time and offered me a lift afterwards to avoid the rain. She was also very helpful in finding a property to fit my criteria. although i had no questions to ask at the viewing she seemed prepared to answer if necessary
