Karl at Martin's has been a great help in my search for new accommodation. He really listens and took onboard my feedback to each property then showing me new properties that met my criteria. Today, I just secured a place that Alex showed me, and I must say, she never fails to amaze me! The process moved so quickly, which was a huge help in securing the room I wanted. This is my second time renting through Martin & Co, and on both occasions, Alex has demonstrated an outstanding level of professionalism and dedication– she truly takes the time to understand what you're looking for (budget, preferences, location, and more) and goes above and beyond to find the perfect match in the current market! Have been renting through Martin and Co for my last 2 properties. Piers has been phenomenal both times, always going above and beyond to find my perfect property despite being given quite difficult needs from a property to be met! Nothing has been too much and he has been so accommodating and I could never go to anyone else! I have viewed a property with Georgie too and she was lovely, very keen to answer questions and kind!
